Homepools Conditions of Use
Title of goods shall not pass unit payment has been received in full.
All invoices are due for settlement upon presentation.
Interest of 8% will be added to all accounts, which exceed the above terms.
Any cost incurred in the recovery of overdue accounts or dishonoured cheques will be passed on to the debtor.
All complaints regarding defective materials or workmanship must be notified in writing within seven days of our invoice.
Any work carried out in addition to quotation will be charged at £30.00 per man-hour (irrespective of job description) with any materials at list prices and travel will be charge at 70p per mile. VAT is chargeable on all prices at the ruling rate.
